"Received the incorrect flavor in my order..."
I got the wrong flavor in my delivery. The batch number 12203123 was supposed to be salted caramel, a flavor I’ve ordered and enjoyed many times, so I know it pretty well. But instead of salted caramel, I found something that smelled and tasted like bubblegum. It’s a letdown since I’ve had the marshmallows several times and this has never happened before.

I picked up a smores set for Valentine's Day, and we had a blast with it! The salted caramel marshmallows were super delicious, way better than any I've grabbed from stores. The package included all the essentials, and the directions were a piece of cake to understand.

I paid £3.99 for delivery, but it took them 4 days to ship my order, so the items didn’t arrive on time. To make matters worse, they wanted me to cough up more cash for next day delivery! In the end, I managed to get a refund.

The way these marshmallows were packed was impressive and the delivery was on point. However, to be real, I ordered 8 packs, and only one (the honeycomb and chocolate) was actually edible. The others had this strange synthetic flavor that I just couldn't handle, which is a bummer because they really do look fantastic.
